Emery and Dolores were tremendously helpful in marketing, staging, managing and negotiating the sale of our house and property in a really, really tough market for sellers. They gave us sound advice on what to do (and what wasn't necessary to do) with the property in order to make it more marketable. They were incredibly responsive when we had offers and contract negotiations. And they kept us apprised of situations as they arose -which was especially important because we lived several hundred miles from the property we were selling.
