I wanted to thank you and Dolores for all you both did in helping find, secure, and repair our new home. You were both extremely helpful and professional during these last couple of months. If we know of anyone looking for a home, we will be sure to send them your way and if we decide to purchase anything else in the future, you will be the first ones we call. Thanks again and feel free to stop by anytime your driving by. After we all get out here, we will have you and Dolores over for a little social gathering.

Emery and Dolores were tremendously helpful in marketing, staging, managing and negotiating the sale of our house and property in a really, really tough market for sellers. They gave us sound advice on what to do (and what wasn't necessary to do) with the property in order to make it more marketable. They were incredibly responsive when we had offers and contract negotiations. And they kept us apprised of situations as they arose -which was especially important because we lived several hundred miles from the property we were selling. We worked with at least three agents prior to the Maez's over a period of ten years and never had any offers or help in managing the property from a distance like we did with them. If you are a seller or a buyer in the Northern New Mexico region, I can't recommend them highly enough to assist you in your endeavor! From our new home in Idaho.
