- Seller: home in Espanola, NM in 2016 Emery and Dolores were tremendously helpful in marketing, staging, managing and negotiating the sale of our house and property in a really, really tough market for sellers. They gave us sound advice on what to do (and what wasn't necessary to do) with the property in order to make it more marketable.
